Prior to shipment, we check the item carefully before shipping. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
